Remote support can be utilized by anyone experiencing an issue that does not want or need a technician onsite. Usually we will help determine if remote support is a good option for your needs. You must have an operational device with an internet connection. If your device will not turn on, we may be able to walk you through a few troubleshooting steps but we cannot run software on your device. Remote support is offered for most systems including Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Chrome OS.

How to Request Remote Support

The first thing you should do if you need remote support is call us so we can assist you through the process. We will instruct you to visit this page to download remote support software for your device. This remote support software will allow us to work on your system remotely. You will be able to watch as the support tech works on your system. We will only be able to access your device remotely with your permission, so rest assured that we will not have unlimited access to your device at all times.

If you download this software you agree to allow Triple E Technology to:

  • Work on your system(s) remotely
  • Record the support session
  • Transfer files as necessary to correct the issue
